Civic Center Inn San Francisco

Booked a room on lamps.

Wanted to explore San Francisco and this hotel was wonderful base for doing it. The property had a central location and it was walking distance to Hi-lo Club. I appreciated the room on lamps, my bed was big.

Disappointing aspect was nasty bathroom.

I appreciated every detail about my fine 3 nights stay here. The amiable staff with great attitude to guests.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a decent area, adjacent to centre as well as restaurants. We loved the breakfast.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

The staff was pleasant, the restaurant was good. The service was all in all good. Central location, easy base for discovering San Francisco. Besides, the area was decent, next to The Promenade.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Had fine stay in the time allotted. The location of the hotel was central, near downtown and great eateries on Polk St and buses. I liked the room on lamps, the bed was good.

No complaints whatsoever, I liked my stay at this hotel and ca n't wait to come back. Thank you all for a good stay in the time allotted. The staff members were pleasant and accommodating.

I would say it's convenient base for staying and exploring San Francisco.

It's incredible base for sightseeing and exploring San Francisco. The location is central, not far from Civic center and great eateries. Downtown San Francisco district won't disappoint you.

We loved staying here, the place met expectation. The rooms were on lamps. The hotel had a central position close to main bus lines, stores and restaurants.

Everything was good, the wifi was free. Late check-out was useful. I didn't expect to find Kfc close by, but I loved it and had a few meals.

This accommodation was in the central location close to downtown. Downtown San Francisco district was worth staying in;)))

Outstanding staff in the hotel, first-class services.

I loved that the reception was gorgeous. The room was reasonably priced. Top location, 15 minutes' walk to Hi-lo Club. Best experience there.

Spotless hotel and terrific restaurant. The room we booked was decent and carpeted. Private bathroom was luxurious. Efficient staff, were happy to help with travel tips.

i came here for 1 night and had a very very good stay. i liked extremely pleasant room with a luxurious bathroom. the pool was lovely and the garden — lovely. moreover, parking was on site.

Attentive service, exceptionally large rooms, large breakfast. The bed was big and it was great having climate control, microwave and coffee. It was right by restaurants as well as downtown, magnificent location overall. I loved to spend time in the nice roof top bar.

A top position, luxury hotel, informative staff.

The staff was willing to help and the hotel was brand-new, we liked staying in San Francisco.

Unpleasant views and Wi-Fi was awful.

Ideal location in the pretty area, appropriate rooms, and helpful staff. All in all it's reasonably clean place, they have comfortable beds.

Everything was modern, but we stayed for 2 nights only. Courteous staff, cute area and spectacular view from the room. The room was very pretty nice, comfy bed. The hotel was lovely old and in a central location. There was a fantastic restaurant within walking distance of the property.

Large beds, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location, fairly clean. Room was nonsmoking, airy. Exceptionally nice staff, relaxing experience. Late check-out too. Could use their free parking.

Trendy property with an adequate breakfast.

Location was brilliant, rooms were themed and I loved absolutely perfect staff. Chic style hotel with beautiful furniture in the rooms. The main bar was amazing and the drinks were local

Continental breakfast, healthy food, understanding staff. Cozy beds, fine rooms, little balcony. I didn't feel like leaving, spent fantastic time and would recommend.

It's a fancy and fairly clean hotel, rooms are brand new.

Fancy place to stay while in San Francisco. Room was cozy and brand new, included nice size bathroom. Had quick check-in experience and the staff was sweet!

Fairly quiet and fairly clean place, everything was wonderful. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown San Francisco district. And I was close to everthing. I got free upgrade and liked it. They made my stay decent.

It was worth its 2 stars. The room was bright and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel was placed in the central location. We ordered lunch at Thai Idea Vegetarian, located right at the venue.

The bed was perfect, so we had a perfectly pleasant stay. Homey and fairly clean hotel, WELCOMING staff.
